2) Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A: Yes, we would the goods test before delivery.

3) How to make sure of the quality?

A: Quality is priority. We pay much attention to the quality check. Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.We can make deal with Trade Assurance Order through Alibaba and you can check quality before loading.

2. Price

1）How can I get your quotation as soon as possible?

A: The email and fax will be checked within 24 hours,meanwhile,the Skype,Wechat and WhatsApp will be online in 24 hours.Please send us your requirement and order information,specification(Steel grade,size,quantity,destination port),we will work out a best price soon.

2) All costs will be clear?

A: Our quotations are straightforward and easy to understand.Won’t cause any extra cost.

3) Can I have a trial order only several tons?

A: Of course. We can ship the cargo for u with LCL services.(Less container load)

4) What is the discount?

A: Please tell me the goods and quantity you want, and I will give you a more accurate quotation as soon as possible.

1）What’s your MOQ?

A: Commonly our MOQ is one container, But different for some goods, pls contact us for details.

4. Sample

1）Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra?

A: The sample could can provide for customer with free,but the freight will be covered by customer account.The sample freight will be returned to customer account after we cooperate.

A: Our factories most located in Tianjin,China. The nearest Port is Xingang Port(Tianjin)

6. Shipment

1) How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 25-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

7. Payment

1) What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment or paid against copy of B/L within 5 working days.100% Irrevocable L/C at sight is favorable payment term as well.
