Recently, we successfully finalized a batch of spiral pipe orders for hydropower station construction with a new customer in Albania. This order not only carries the mission of helping overseas infrastructure, but also highlights the unique competitiveness of the enterprise in the international market.
The Albanian customer is a professional project contractor, and the hydropower station project it undertakes is of great significance, with extremely strict requirements on the quality and supply capacity of spiral pipes. It is worth mentioning that this new customer was introduced by our old customers who have been cooperating with us for a long time. When the Albanian customer successfully took the license of the hydroelectric power station project, the cooperation between the two sides formally entered a substantive stage. The spiral pipes in this order strictly follow API 5L PSL1 standard, which is an internationally recognized standard for pipelines in the oil and gas industry, ensuring the excellent performance of the products in terms of strength, toughness and corrosion resistance. The materials used are Q235B and Q355B, of which Q235B is a carbon structural steel with good plasticity and welding performance, suitable for general structural parts; Q355B is a low-alloy high-strength structural steel, with a higher yield strength, and better stability when subjected to large loads and harsh environments, the combination of the two materials can fully meet the needs of the hydropower station in different working conditions.
