In April, we successfully completed the export shipment of a batch of steel products, efficiently fulfilling orders from overseas customers. This shipment featured a comprehensive range of products, covering various essential steel grades, and was shipped in bulk to multiple countries including El Salvador, Chile, Australia, Brazil, and Singapore, fully supporting our overseas customers’ engineering construction and production schedules.
The diverse range of products in this shipment catered to the varied needs of different overseas clients, specifically including Q355B hot-rolled H-beams, Q235 pre-galvanized steel pipes, prepainted galvanized steel coils (both sides RAL9016), checkered plates, pre-galvanized steel pipes, black square steel pipes, seamless steel pipes, HDG Unistrut channels, and epoxy-painted corrugated metal pipes.
All products are manufactured in strict accordance with relevant standards, ensuring they meet quality requirements and deliver reliable performance. Among them, the Q355B hot-rolled H-beam features high strength and excellent weldability. It is primarily used in load-bearing applications such as overseas factory construction, high-rise buildings, and long-span engineering projects, making it a core material for infrastructure projects; Q235 pre-galvanized steel pipes feature a uniform zinc coating that provides excellent corrosion resistance, making them suitable for complex environments such as humid and salt-fog conditions. They are widely used in water supply and drainage systems, fire protection piping, and steel structural frameworks.
RAL9016 color-coated galvanized coils, produced using a double-sided coating process, feature uniform and stable coloration. They combine rust prevention with excellent decorative properties, making them suitable for building roofs, wall cladding, and similar applications; checkered plates are slip-resistant, wear-resistant, and sufficiently strong, commonly used for platforms, stair treads, and vehicle floors; black square tubes are tough and offer high cost-effectiveness, suitable for various lightweight structural applications; seamless steel pipes feature high precision and strong pressure-bearing capacity, making them suitable for demanding applications such as high-pressure fluid transportation and machinery manufacturing.
Additionally, HDG Unistrut Channel meets various mounting and bracing requirements, offering corrosion resistance, durability, and easy installation; epoxy-painted corrugated metal pipes provide excellent corrosion protection and are suitable for municipal drainage and sewage projects, comprehensively meeting the specific needs of customers in different countries.
To ensure smooth delivery of goods, we have made thorough preparations in advance and strictly controlled product quality.
