In September, leveraging referrals from existing clients, we successfully secured orders for galvanized Z-shaped steel, C channel, and round steel from a new UAE customer. This achievement not only marks a breakthrough in the UAE market but also demonstrates our ability to provide specialized product solutions tailored to local construction needs, laying a solid foundation for deepening our presence in the Middle East market. The UAE client is a local distributor. Upon learning of their steel procurement needs, our existing client proactively facilitated the introduction, building a bridge of trust for our expansion into the UAE market.
Located in a tropical desert climate zone, the UAE experiences intense summer heat, high airborne sand content, and significant humidity fluctuations. These conditions impose stringent demands on the corrosion resistance and high-temperature deformation tolerance of construction steel. The galvanized Z-shaped steel, C-shaped steel, and round steel procured by the client must exhibit outstanding rust resistance and structural stability. To address these needs, we recommended products combining Q355 material with Z275 galvanization standards—perfectly suited to local environmental conditions: Q355, a low-alloy high-strength structural steel, boasts a yield strength of 355MPa and excellent impact toughness at room temperature, enabling it to withstand long-term loads in storage structures and stress deformation under high temperatures. The Z275 galvanization standard ensures a zinc coating thickness of no less than 275 g/m², significantly exceeding ordinary galvanization standards. This forms a robust corrosion barrier in desert environments with high wind and sand exposure, as well as high humidity, substantially extending the steel’s service life and reducing long-term maintenance costs. Regarding pricing and delivery, we leverage our mature supply chain system to offer highly competitive quotations. Ultimately, bolstered by the trust of our long-standing client, our professional product solutions, and efficient delivery commitments, the customer confirmed the order. The first batch of 200 tons of galvanized Z-shaped steel, C-shaped steel, and round steel has now entered the production phase.
