Focusing on core projects such as bridge construction and green recycling initiatives, the company maintains long-term strategic partnerships with major local construction firms and is a highly influential engineering intermediary and resource integrator in the region.

All steel structural components exported in this project were manufactured in strict compliance with JIS standards, using SS400 carbon structural steel—a material widely adopted in the industry. This material offers stable toughness, good ductility, and excellent weldability, with well-balanced comprehensive mechanical properties. It is highly suitable for outdoor load-bearing infrastructure projects such as elevated bridges, capable of withstanding complex environmental conditions—including temperature fluctuations and wind pressure—over the long term, ensuring strong structural stability.

From factory production scheduling and precision machining to shipping arrangements and smooth dispatch, the entire process was seamless, efficient, and well-organized, with no delays or disruptions throughout. Upon order confirmation, a customized production schedule was immediately established in accordance with JIS standard process requirements. Given the high precision requirements and complex processing procedures for bridge steel structural components, the workshop strictly controlled every step of the process—including cutting, drilling, bending, and finishing—to rigorously manage dimensional tolerances and surface quality, ensuring that all steel structural components fully met on-site installation requirements. Production progressed steadily while maintaining quality standards, allowing ample time for subsequent shipment.
