Port operations proceeded smoothly in September. Thanks to the close coordination among the production, quality control, warehousing, and logistics teams, this batch of various types of steel pipes and color-coated steel coils completed inspection, packing, and loading, and set sail for destinations including the United Kingdom, Albania, South Africa, the Maldives, and Argentina.
Diverse Shipment Range
This shipment featured a diverse range of products, including hot-dip galvanized Q355B electric resistance welded steel pipes, seamless steel pipes, straight-seam submerged arc welded pipes, Q355B black welded round pipes, RAL5005 blue color-coated galvanized coils, standard black welded round pipes, spiral welded pipes, and Q355B steel pipes specifically designed for trailer chassis.
Hot-dip galvanized Q355B ERW welded pipes combine high strength with excellent corrosion resistance; their uniform and dense coating makes them suitable for framework and pipeline projects in humid and salt-fog-prone environments. Seamless steel pipes feature outstanding pressure-bearing performance and stable dimensional accuracy, and are commonly used for high-pressure fluid transportation and mechanical applications; LSAW (Long-Seam Submerged Arc Welded) pipes and spiral welded pipes feature reliable welds, making them suitable for large-scale pipeline projects such as long-distance water, oil, and gas transmission; they are commonly used as primary materials in municipal engineering projects in South Africa, Argentina, and other regions.
Q355B black welded round pipes and standard black welded round pipes offer good weldability and outstanding cost-effectiveness, and are widely used in structures such as factory frames and temporary supports. Q355B trailer chassis tubes undergo specialized process control to ensure high impact resistance and load-bearing capacity, making them specifically suited for trailer frame manufacturing. RAL5005 color-coated galvanized coils feature uniform color, weather resistance, and strong paint adhesion, allowing them to be used directly for roofing, wall panels, and precast components, combining aesthetics with protection.
From order confirmation, production scheduling, and factory inspection to booking shipping space and loading onto vessels, each stage is seamlessly coordinated to ensure on-time delivery.
