SSAW STEEL PIPE (Spiral steel pipe)
The first product I’d like to introduce is SSAW pipe, spiral welded steel pipe, which is produced by our own factory. We have three advanced production lines.
The max size we can produce is 3500mm, the diameter is from 219mm to 3500mm, thickness is from 3mm to 35mm, the common length is 12m long, the max length we can produce is 50m.sometimes customer need 6m long, so we can produce according to your requests.
we already certified by API 5L certificate, we also have ISO 9000.
Standard and steel grade we can produce as below:
API 5L Grade B,X42,X52,X70
GB/T 9711 Q235,Q355
EN10210 S235,S275,S355.
We have our own laboratory and all test equipment, can do flaw detection, Ultrasonic test, X-ray Inspection,NDT(Non-destructive Testing), Charp V impact test,and chemical composition test.
We can also provide surface treatment, such as 3PE anti-corrosion panting, epoxy, and black painting.
Spiral pipe is widely used for oil and gas delivery, Hydro power project, piling pipe under sea and for bridge.
At present, we have already exported to many countries, like Austria, New Zealand, Albania, Kenya, Nepal,Vietnam, and so on. Especially Albania and Nepal Hydro power waterline project. Here we have the pictures from our client.
Above is our spiral steel pipe details, after finished we will do laboratory test and manual test, double process guarantee best quality. Then load pipe by containers.
ERW STEEL PIPE
Second product is ERW steel pipe. There are two kinds of ERW steel pipe. One is hot rolled steel pipe, another is cold rolled steel pipe.
I guess maybe most customers want know the difference of these two kinds of pipes. let me tell explain now.
The hot rolled ERW pipe ‘s raw material is hot rolled steel coil,cold rolled steel pipe ‘s raw material is cold rolled steel coil.
Hot rolled steel pipe diameter is bigger and thickness is more thicker. The max size of hot rolled pipe is 660mm but cold rolled pipe usually less than 4inch 114mm. The thickness of hot rolled steel pipe is from 1mm to 17mm, but the cold rolled pipe thickness usually less than 1.5mm.
cold rolled steel pipe is more soft and easy to be bent, for example to make of furniture, but hot rolled steel pipe is widely used for structure. Please see the photos from our clients, they use cold rolled steel pipe to make furniture.
