Recently, a team of Brazilian clients visited our partner factory for an on-site inspection, focusing on in-depth discussions regarding galvanized corrugated culvert products and the anti-corrosion coating process. Our staff accompanied the clients throughout their tour of the office and exhibition area, the standardized production workshop, and the specialized spray painting workshop. Through on-site observation, process breakdowns, and face-to-face Q&A sessions, the clients gained a comprehensive understanding of our product manufacturing standards and core quality control procedures.

The clients went deep into the core production workshops to observe the entire production process of galvanized corrugated culvert pipes firsthand. From the selection of galvanized steel sheets and precision forming to the final product sorting, our staff provided on-site explanations of the inherent corrosion-resistant advantages of the galvanized substrate, as well as the structural stability and compressive strength of the finished products, fully demonstrating the products’ superior quality suitable for various infrastructure projects such as highways, tunnels, and water conservancy.
