What is the difference between galvanized square pipe and ordinary square pipe? Is there a difference in corrosion resistance? Is the scope of use the same?

There are mainly the following differences between galvanized square tubes and ordinary square tubes:
**Corrosion resistance**:
- Galvanized square pipe has good corrosion resistance. Through galvanized treatment, a layer of zinc is formed on the surface of the square tube, which can effectively resist the erosion of the external environment, such as moisture, corrosive gases, etc., and extend the service life.
- Ordinary square tubes are relatively more susceptible to corrosion, and may rust and damage more quickly in some harsh environments.

**Appearance**:
Galvanized Square Steel Tube has a galvanized layer on the surface, usually showing a silvery white.
- Ordinary square tube is the natural color of steel.

**Use**:
- Galvanized square tube is often used in occasions that require high corrosion protection, such as the external structure of the building, plumbing pipes and so on.
- Ordinary square pipes are also widely used, but may be less suitable in some more corrosive environments.

**Price**:
- Due to the cost of the galvanizing process, galvanized square tubes are usually a bit more expensive than ordinary square tubes.
For example, when building outdoor metal shelves, if the environment is humid or prone to contact with corrosive substances, the use of galvanized square tubes will be more reliable and durable; while in some indoor structures that do not require high corrosion protection, ordinary square tubes may be sufficient to meet the needs and can save costs.
