Unyango lweNsimbi yoMphezulu – Inkqubo yokuGcina iGalvanizing eshushu

Inkqubo ye-Hot Dipped Galvanizing yinkqubo yokugquma umphezulu wesinyithi ngomaleko we-zinc ukuthintela ukugqwala. Le nkqubo ifanelekile ngokukodwa kwizixhobo zentsimbi nezesinyithi, njengoko yandisa ubomi bezinto kwaye iphucula ukumelana nokugqwala kwayo. Inkqubo eqhelekileyo ye-hot-dip galvanizing ibandakanya la manyathelo alandelayo:

1. Unyango lwangaphambi kokulungiswa: Izinto zentsimbi ziqala zifakwe kumphezulu ngaphambi kokulungiswa, okuhlala kubandakanya ukucocwa, ukususwa kwamafutha, ukucolwa kunye nokusetyenziswa kwe-flux ukuqinisekisa ukuba umphezulu wesinyithi ucocekile kwaye awunazo izinto ezingcolileyo.
2. I-Dip Plating: Intsimbi elungisiweyo kwangaphambili ifakwa kwisisombululo se-zinc esinyibilikisiweyo esishushu ukuya kuthi ga kwi-435-530°C. Emva koko intsimbi ifakwa kwi-zinc bath enyibilikisiweyo.
