Ubukhulu bepayipi yentsimbi

Iipayipi zentsimbiZihlulwe ngokwemilo enqamlezileyo zibe ziipayipi ezijikelezayo, ezisikwere, ezingxande, nezinemilo ekhethekileyo; ngezinto ezikwiipayipi zentsimbi ezakhiwe ngekhabhoni, iipayipi zentsimbi ezakhiwe nge-alloy ephantsi, iipayipi zentsimbi ye-alloy, kunye neepayipi ezidityanisiweyo; nangokusetyenziswa kwiipayipi zokuhambisa iipayipi, izakhiwo zobunjineli, izixhobo zobushushu, amashishini e-petrochemical, ukwenziwa koomatshini, ukubhola kwejoloji, kunye nezixhobo zoxinzelelo oluphezulu. (1) I-NPS (Ubungakanani bePayipi Eqhelekileyo)

I-NPS isekelwe kwinkqubo yangaphambili ye-IPS (Iron Pipe Size). Inkqubo ye-IPS yasekwa ukuze yahlule ubungakanani bemibhobho, kunye nobukhulu obuvezwa ngee-intshi ezimele ububanzi obuqikelelweyo bangaphakathi. Umzekelo, umbhobho we-IPS 6" ubonisa ububanzi bangaphakathi obukufutshane nee-intshi ezi-6. Abasebenzisi baqale ukubiza imibhobho njengemibhobho ye-2-intshi, i-4-intshi, okanye i-6-intshi.

 

(2) Ububanzi begama le-DN (Ububanzi begama le-DN)

I-Nominal Diameter DN: Enye indlela yokubonisa ububanzi obuqhelekileyo (imbobo). Isetyenziswa kwiinkqubo zemibhobho njengesixhobo sokudibanisa oonobumba kunye namanani, equka oonobumba i-DN abalandelwa yi-dimensional integer engenamlinganiselo. Kufuneka kuqatshelwe ukuba i-DN nominal bore yi-rounded integer elula ngeenjongo zokubhekisa, enobudlelwane obukhululekileyo kunye nobukhulu bokwenziwa. Inani elilandela i-DN lidla ngokulinganiswa ngeemilimitha (mm). Kwimigangatho yaseTshayina, ububanzi bemibhobho budla ngokubonakaliswa njenge-DNXX, njenge-DN50.

Iidayamitha zepayipi ziquka ububanzi obungaphandle (OD), ububanzi obungaphakathi (ID), kunye nobubanzi obuqhelekileyo (DN/NPS). Ububanzi obuqhelekileyo (DN/NPS) abuhambelani nobubanzi obungaphandle okanye obungaphakathi bombhobho. Ngexesha lokwenziwa nokufakelwa, ububanzi obungaphandle obuhambelanayo kunye nobukhulu bodonga kufuneka bumiselwe ngokweenkcazo ezisemgangathweni ukuze kubalwe ububanzi obungaphakathi bombhobho.

 

(3) Ububanzi obungaphandle (OD)

Ububanzi bangaphandle (OD): Uphawu lobubanzi bangaphandle yi-Φ, kwaye lunokubonakaliswa njenge-OD. Kwihlabathi liphela, imibhobho yentsimbi esetyenziselwa ukuhambisa ulwelo idla ngokwahlulwahlulwa ibe zii-series ezimbini zobubanzi bangaphandle: Uthotho A (ububanzi bangaphandle obukhulu, i-imperial) kunye nothotho B (ububanzi bangaphandle obuncinci, i-metric).

Kukho uluhlu oluninzi lwemibhobho yangaphandle yentsimbi kwihlabathi liphela, olufana ne-ISO (International Organisation for Standardization), i-JIS (Japan), i-DIN (Germany), kunye ne-BS (UK).

 

(4) Ishedyuli yoBungqingqwa boDonga lweMbhobho

NgoMatshi 1927, iKomiti yeMigangatho yaseMelika yenze uphando lwemizi-mveliso yaza yazisa ukunyuka okuncinci phakathi kwamanqanaba amabini amakhulu obukhulu bodonga lwepayipi. Le nkqubo isebenzisa i-SCH ukubonisa ubukhulu obuqhelekileyo bepayipi.
